The milestone aircraft is currently on display at\nthe annual Sun-n-Fun Aerospace Expo and will join Piper\u2019s demo fleet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The PA-44, named the Piper Seminole, was first granted FAA\ntype approval on March 10, 1978 with the first delivery taking place in July\n1978. Today the Piper Seminole is known around the world as the leading\ntwin-engine trainer and features fuel injected engines and advanced Garmin\nG1000 NXi avionics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe Seminole provides the ideal student learning\nenvironment, reliability and ultimate flight school profitability.
