I\u2019m delighted Rachel has accepted this important\nrole.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bingham brings more than 24 years of experience in\ntransportation engineering, including 10 years managing major airport\ninfrastructure development projects for Charlotte Douglas International\nAirport, the state\u2019s largest commercial service airport, and seven years\nworking for the Division managing the prioritization and implementation of\nstate and federally funded grant projects at North Carolina\u2019s public airports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil\nengineering from North Carolina State University.
