Sun Country Airlines announced today that it will launch\nnonstop service from Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) to\nMinneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) on Friday, May 14. Sun Country\nAirlines will be the eleventh commercial service airline operating at RDU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSun Country is an established airline known for\nproviding excellent customer service and a comfortable travel experience at an\naffordable price,\u201d said Michael Landguth, president and CEO of the\nRaleigh-Durham Airport Authority. \u201cWe believe Sun Country will be a great\noption for leisure travelers looking to book budget-friendly fares between the\nResearch Triangle and the Twin Cities.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sun Country will operate twice weekly service on Mondays\nand Fridays using a 737-800 aircraft. Tickets are on sale now for the seasonal\nsummer schedule that runs through Labor Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
