Dassault Aviation has unified the sales activities of its\nEuropean factory owned maintenance repair and overhaul operations, creating a\nsingle point of contact and offering a wider choice of MRO solutions, locations\nand schedules for customers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the\nAsia\/Pacific.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new sales organization, headed by Thierry Sala\u00c3\u00bcn, brings\ntogether the MRO sales operations of Dassault\u2019s wholly owned Dassault Falcon\nService (DFS) affiliate with those of TAG Maintenance Services (TMS) and the\nFalcon segment of Execujet MRO Services, each acquired last year. This provides\noperators better access to the full capabilities of its expanded MRO service\nnetwork. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe are leveraging the combined strengths of our various MRO\nbusinesses, creating greater efficiencies and synergies across the group,\u201d said\nJean Kayanakis, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Customer Service and Service\nCenter Network. \u201cThis means customers will no longer be wedded to any\nparticular service location but can access any center capable of accommodating\nthe work scope, resource and scheduling requirements of the job at hand.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among other benefits, the consolidated setup will facilitate\nthe search for C check venues, allowing operators to tap into a wide range of\noptions, relying on the expertise of not only DFS Le Bourget and\nBordeaux-M\u00e9rignac, but also TMS Geneva and Farnborough and ExecuJet in Dubai,\nLanseria and Kuala Lumpur. It will also provide more information on the\navailability of modifications and cabin, avionics and other upgrade solutions\nacross the product support network. The new organization will also have\nresponsibility for coordinating non-Falcon aircraft MRO sales throughout the\nTMS network. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
