{"id":17306,"date":"2021-01-04T13:04:56","date_gmt":"2021-01-04T13:04:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saj.pachecostudios.com?p=17306"},"modified":"2021-01-04T13:04:57","modified_gmt":"2021-01-04T13:04:57","slug":"raf-names-director-of-marketing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/index.php\/national-news\/raf-names-director-of-marketing\/%20","title":{"rendered":"RAF Names Director of Marketing"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Recreational Aviation Foundation (RAF) is pleased to announce that intern Kodi Myhre will become the RAF Director of Marketing, beginning the first of the year, freeing RAF Administrative Director Tricia McKenna to devote more time to special RAF projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stepping into full time for the RAF, Kodi said, \u201cI\u2019m most\nlooking forward to becoming more involved with the RAF\u2019s marketing strategy and\nbringing ideas to the board for ways the organization can grow.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kodi, a Montana native and recent Finance graduate of\nMontana State University was introduced to the RAF in May 2019. \u201cWhen Tricia\nmentioned that the RAF was looking for some extra help, I was happy to come on\nboard.\u201d Kodi said. Living in Bozeman, her proximity to RAF headquarters made it\nlogical for her to step in. As its intern, Kodi brought valuable IT skills to\nthe job as the RAF migrated to its new website and customer Customer\nRelationship Management database. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her duties took her far beyond her keyboard. Kodi attended\nCubFest in Yakima. \u201dI had a lot of fun there, where I met Bill [RAF President\nMcGlynn]. All the RAF people were welcoming, and I learned a lot about\naviation. It was a great experience,\u201d she said. Kodi also helped represent the\nRAF at the Montana Aviation Conference. \u201cLots of people like to flock to the\nRAF booth because they are the fun people to be around,\u201d she observed, adding,\n\u201cPeople are pretty passionate about what the RAF does.
