(\u201cDEI\u201d), for\nan expected multi-year, multi-route, Condor project in Quebec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the terms of the LOI, the parties are cooperating to\nwork towards a binding definitive agreement (the \u201cAgreement\u201d). The Agreement\nwill set out the terms and conditions respecting a drone delivery solution\nusing multiple DDC Condor drones, and the Company\u2019s proprietary DroneSpotTM\ndepots to service multiple coastal communities on multiple routes along the\nLower North Shore region of Quebec.&nbsp; The\nsolution will use DDC\u2019s patented and proprietary FLYTE system, in a SaaS model,\nand DDC will provide implementation &amp; commissioning of the system,\ntraining, technical support, managed services and remote monitoring from its\nOperations Control Centre in Vaughan, Ontario. The expected term of the\nAgreement is to be 10 years with a total revenue over the term to DDC of\nCAD$3.6 million, plus other potential service revenues. DEI expects to expand\nthis initial solution to more Condor drones, more communities, and more routes\nover time as this first project gains momentum during the term.&nbsp; Subject to the execution of the Agreement,\nimplementation of the project is expected to commence in early summer\n2021.&nbsp; All operations would be conducted\nin accordance with the Canadian Aviation Regulations and Transport Canada\nflight authorizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMarket response to our pre-selling of the Condor solution\nhas been favourable in Canada and internationally, and we are excited to\nannounce our first potential Condor project.
