Public notice is hereby given that the City of Madison, Mississippi, is accepting
\nproposals for:<\/p>\n
Fixed Base Operator for Bruce Campbell Field\/Madison Municipal Airport
\nAs more particularly set out in the RFP documents, copies of which may be obtained
\nfrom the City of Madison City Clerk at Madison City Hall, 1004 Madison Ave.,
\nMadison, Mississippi 39110, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. weekdays (excluding
\nholidays).<\/p>\n
Sealed proposals for such will be received at Madison City hall until 2:00 P.M.
\n(LOCAL TIME) on December 19, 2014. Envelopes are to be sealed and plainly
\nmarked with the notation \u201cProposal for Madison Airport FBO\u201d. NO FAXED OR
\nELECTRONICALLY TRANSMITTED PROPOSALS will be accepted, and
\nproposals submitted after the specified date and time will not be considered and will
\nbe returned unopened.

\nThe Recipient, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252,
\n42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of
\nTransportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in
\nFederally-assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such
\nAct, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract
\nentered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as
\ndefined at 49 CFR Part 23 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to
\nthis invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color,
\nnational origin, or sex in consideration for an award.<\/p>\n
