Mente Group has hired Mariana Santos as Vice President of\nStrategic Consulting. She will head Mente Group’s strategic consulting\nactivities, providing robust fleet planning and feasibility studies for\nbusiness aviation owners and fleet operators. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her professional business and commercial aviation background\nincludes 15 years of OEM strategic consulting, sales engineering, market\nanalysis, product strategy, technical marketing, airplane flight operations,\nand technical support. Over the course of eight years at Embraer Executive\nJets, she held multiple positions, including product strategist and senior\nsales engineer, developing aircraft technical reports and providing economic\nanalyses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Mariana Santos is a great addition to the Mente\nconsulting team,” said Mente Group President and CEO Brian Proctor.\n“A Brazilian native, she co-created and managed Embraer’s analytics-based\nbusiness jet fleet evaluation program and liaised with airline flight\noperations and engineering teams. These experiences will greatly benefit\nMente’s clientele,” he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Santos earned her MBA degree from Hult International\nBusiness School at San Francisco and her Bachelor of Science in aeronautical\ninfrastructure engineering from ITA (Instituto Tecnol\u00c3\u00b3gico de Aeron\u00c3\u00a1utica),\nBrazil’s most prestigious engineering institution. She is a dual citizen of\nBrazil and Portugal, fluent in English and Portuguese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cole White Moves to VP Transactions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Santos replaces Cole White in the strategic consulting role\nwith Mente. White has been appointed Vice President of Transactions. He will be\nresponsible for Bombardier and Embraer leases, acquisitions and dispositions\nfor Mente Group. Mente specializes in evaluating client travel requirements and\ndeveloping solutions that consider all lift options, including new or used\naircraft purchases, fractional operations, card membership programs, and\ncharter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With offices in Dallas, Boston, Chicago, Portland, and\nScottsdale, Mente Group professionals have handled more than $10.5 billion in\naircraft transactions, compiled more than 60 years of aviation experience, and\nexecuted more than 500 business jet deliveries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
