All programming is\navailable free for NBAA members to review at their convenience, on their\nschedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNBAA developed this new resource as a single point where\nsmall operators may to learn from experts, review best practices and receive\nprofessional guidance on handling a range of different scenarios that often\ncarry unique considerations for smaller flight operations,\u201d said NBAA\nOperations and Member Services Specialist Hunter Watson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The online series recently launched with three informative\nmodules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Budgeting Basics: Addressing one of the most common\nchallenges for new managers, this program assists small operators in designing\nbudget templates, managing department expenses and planning for scheduled and\nunanticipated expenditures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insurance Claims and Coverage: Smaller flight departments\nconsistently face insurance claims and coverage issues with respect to their\naviation operations. This module addresses both fundamental issues as well as\nmore specialized and highly nuanced areas, including aircraft diminution in\nvalue claims and the limits to professional liability insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Time Sharing Arrangements: This module offers best practices\nfor creating and utilizing a time-sharing agreement for aircraft principals to\nshare their aircraft with others.
