He has served clients in Alabama, Georgia, and\nFlorida, and comes to Passero from the Orlando area, where he was a Senior\nProject Manager, responsible for program development, grant procurement,\nproject management, development of contract documents and technical\nspecifications, schedules, and project budgets. He has extensive knowledge of\nFAA guidelines, requirements, procedures and Advisory Circulars. He also has\nexpertise in financial accountability for budgets and profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Responsible for the overall technical delivery of aviation\ndevelopment projects and for managing engineering projects, Stan\u2019s primary\ntechnical expertise is in design and construction engineering, including\ngrading, pavement systems, drainage facilities, navigational aids, lighting\nsystems, airport geometry, fencing, security and access control, environmental\nmitigation, obstruction removal, and general utilities. He has experience at\nnumerous medium, small, and non-hub airports across the United States. Stan\nserves in a technical review and senior QA\/QC role, which allows him to draw\nfrom over three decades of design and construction experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Licensed as a Professional Engineer in the States of\nAlabama, Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi, Stan holds a Bachelor of Science in\nCivil Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is also a\nGeorgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission Level II Certified Design\nProfessional, and is Certified by OSHA in Construction Safety and Health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outside of the office, Stan enjoys reading, spending time\nwith his family, and visiting historical sites.&nbsp;\nHe is a resident of St. Augustine, Florida.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Passero Associates welcomes Stan Price, PE who joins the Passero Aviation Department as Senior Project Manager.
