He\nis a civil engineering and multi-discipline professional with 34 years of\nexperience managing and supporting a wide range of projects with an emphasis on\naviation, transportation, and facilities engineering and construction projects.\nMost recently, he served as senior project manager in the owner\u2019s\nrepresentative capacity at Denver International Airport (DEN) for Taxiway DS\nEast Expansion, airfield pavement evaluations, drainage improvements for RW\n17L-35R, Pond 001 DIW expansion, among others. Zabel has successfully completed\na variety of aviation projects with Colorado Springs Airport, Pueblo Memorial\nAirport, Peterson AFB, BLM Seat Base Air Tanker Pad at Burns Municipal Airport,\nand the City and County of Denver\u2019s Stapleton Redevelopment. Zabel is a North\nDakota State University graduate with a BS in Civil Engineering and a\nregistered Professional Civil Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Clint-Sciaccaedit.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16106\" width=\"157\" height=\"182\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Clint-Sciaccaedit.jpg 400w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Clint-Sciaccaedit-258x300.jpg 258w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 157px) 100vw, 157px\" \/><figcaption><em>Clint Sciacca<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sciacca will serve as Project Engineer with the Airport\nDevelopment\u2019s Denver team. For the last four years, he was a Staff Engineer and\nmanaged multiple projects at the Denver International Airport including FAA\nAirport Improvement Program (AIP)-funded airside improvements as well as some\nroadway projects. Sciacca\u2019s recent experience includes the following design and\nconstruction projects at DEN: Annual Airfield Pavement Rehabilitation, Vehicle\nService Road, Snow Melter Parking Pad for the Concourse A West Expansion, and\ndrainage improvements for RW 17L-35R. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil\nEngineering from Colorado State University. Sciacca is a registered P.E. in the\nstate of Colorado and is an Envision Sustainability Professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe addition of Rick and Clint really round out our breadth\nof airport development expertise, and truly enhance our full-service\ncapabilities.
