ATP operates the largest fleet of 402 flight training aircraft, the majority of which are Pipers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the setback from COVID-19, the airline industry\nanticipates a recovery and strong long-term demand for airline pilots. Over\n80,000 U.S. airline pilots will be forced to retire at age 65 over the next 20\nyears, in addition to those taking early retirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Anticipated airline pilot demand exceeds the current\ncapabilities of the flight training industry,&#8221; said Michael Arnold,\nDirector of Marketing, ATP Flight School. &#8220;ATP continues to invest in our\ngraduates&#8217; careers with the best flight training fleet in the industry.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ATP has opened six locations in 2020, and plans to add five\nmore before the end of the year. The new Piper aircraft provide ATP students\naccess to a reliable, technologically-advanced training platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;ATP continues to expand as one of the largest private\ntraining organizations in the United States.
