We deliver this\nnecessary expertise in a controlled environment.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FlyRight is an extension of an existing EURAMEC program\ndeveloped for aviation professionals to determine and improve the skillset of\ncockpit and cabin crew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bert Buyle, CEO EURAMEC: \u201cSuccessful employees meet\ndeadlines, make sales and build the brand via positive customer interactions.\nWhen employees do not perform effectively, consumers feel that the company is\napathetic to their needs, and will seek help elsewhere. Employees who perform\neffectively get things done properly the first time.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI am proud to have Nancy on board for FlyRight to allow\ncompanies to gain this new experience in terms of teamwork and leadership\ndevelopment. We welcome company groups from all industries to learn what it is\nto be in the cockpit seat and lead the aircraft safely to its destination, as\nyou do a company.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250 EUR per session<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshops will be held at EURAMEC head office in Hamme,\nBelgium and consist of modular team assessment programs built around\noperational cockpit simulators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teams will be introduced to operate in a cockpit and\naircraft cabin simulator and gain trust of each other\u2019s skills with a series of\ncontrolled safety exercises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Improved communication between the team members and\nassessing new challenges in flight will teach the group to quickly grasp and\ninterpret information to set priorities for the benefit of the team and\nultimately of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTo put people together in a new and controlled yet\nchallenging environment focuses the mind,\u201d Nancy Vermeulen said. \u201cFlyRight is\nabout determining who is right for the team to help the company grow\nsuccessfully.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FlyRight sessions start at 250 EUR per person on Sept 1,\n2020 in Hamme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EURAMEC will bring FlyRight as a licensed package offering\nto the European market in 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EURAMEC has announced a new Training &amp; Aviation Services division to provide financial services and a training portfolio to further expand its footprint in the aerospace industry.
