Our state&#8217;s commitment to aviation and\naerospace makes Oklahoma City an ideal choice for a cutting-edge company with a\ncommitment to advancing the industry. At a time when job creation and economic\ngrowth are so vital, we are excited that Skydweller will be hiring our bright\nengineers and helping to enrich our state&#8217;s economy,&#8221; said Governor Kevin\nStitt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 2017, Skydweller recently closed a Series A\nfunding round in September 2019. The company currently has offices in the\nWashington, D.C. area, Madrid and Valdepe\u00c3\u00b1as, Spain. This rapidly growing\nmulti-national startup will be recruiting top-tier aerospace and software\nengineering talent to further the development and deployment of their\nultra-persistent, unmanned aircraft in both locations over the coming years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Skydweller was founded to develop ultra-persistent\naircraft to enable the next generation of connectivity and global\ninsights,&#8221; said CEO Dr. Robert Miller. &#8220;We are honored to be moving\nour corporate headquarters to Oklahoma, following in the footsteps of Oklahoma\naviation titans like Wiley Post.
