Previously, Ingle worked as an account director for\nGorman360, the association&#8217;s advertising agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Erika-Ingleedit.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15629\" width=\"160\" height=\"190\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Erika-Ingleedit.jpg 300w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Erika-Ingleedit-252x300.jpg 252w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 160px) 100vw, 160px\" \/><figcaption><em>Erika Ingle<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Erika has been indispensable as IADA has expanded our\nprofile and reach internationally,&#8221; said IADA Executive Director Wayne\nStarling. &#8220;Her background in small business, startups, branding,\nmarketing, sales, event management, philanthropy, and in video production has\naided IADA&#8217;s transformation into a larger force in the aircraft resale\nindustry.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Director of Operations, Ingle will be responsible for the\nday-to-day operation of the organization and its initiatives, including the\nIADA Foundation, the AircraftExchange aircraft marketing site, the\norganization&#8217;s board and biannual meetings, and its presence at aviation\nconventions, including NBAA-BACE. She will also be responsible for budgets,\nfoundation development, the website, marketing the organization, and its\ndealer-broker portal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to working at Gorman360 for six years, Ingle,\nfrom Ann Arbor, has been a small business owner, an independent education\nmanagement professional, a contributor for video producer Mindfield, and a\nproduction coordinator for Avalon Films. She was educated at Kendall School of\nArt and Design in Grand Rapids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IADA is a professional trade association formed more than 25\nyears ago, promoting the growth and public understanding of the aircraft resale\nindustry. IADA now offers the world&#8217;s only accreditation program for dealer\norganizations and the only certification program for individual brokers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Products and Services members are verified by the\norganization.
