Contest\nsubmissions are grouped into three separate age categories for judging,\nallowing students ranging from 6 \u2013 17 years old to compete. The 2020 theme,\nFlying Yesterday and Tomorrow, sparked students\u2019 creative reflection about the\nevolution of aviation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To qualify for the U.S. national contest, all artwork was\nfirst submitted into state level competitions, with the winning entries\nforwarded to NASAO for national award consideration. This year, NASAO received\nalmost 200 works of art from 25 participating states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2020 U.S. national winners are: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Senior Age Category<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First Place: Kelly Huang, Arizona \u2013 Age 17;                                                   Second Place: Cassidy English, North Carolina \u2013 Age 17;                                        Third Place: Kelly Xu, Texas \u2013 Age 16<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Intermediate Age Category<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First Place: Andrew Han, California \u2013 Age 13;                                              Second Place: Daniel Kim, North Carolina \u2013 Age 13;                                      Third Place: Joshua Park, Tennessee \u2013 Age 13<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Junior Age Category<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First Place: Elaine Lin, Arizona \u2013 Age 9;                                                         Second Place: FayFay He, Arizona \u2013 Age 9;                                                       Third Place: Lucas Peike Yan, Arizona \u2013 Age 8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;The national winners have been submitted into the International Contest, which will be judged in June.
