The company opened its hangar doors May\n11 to customers and has since performed aircraft maintenance on five Diamond\naircraft during its first few days of operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re pleased with the response we\u2019ve received so far from\nnew customers, who\u2019ve said we met or exceeded their expectations,\u201d said\nPremier\u2019s Sales Manager and Texas Director of Business Development Travis\nPeffer. \u201cPremier\u2019s decision to expand in Texas was driven by what we see as\nstrong business opportunities in the state and surrounding region for general\naviation sales and aircraft service.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peffer says the company is doing all levels of aircraft\nservices including inspections, routine maintenance and aircraft modification\nand upgrade work. In addition to serving as an exclusive Diamond aircraft dealer\nand maintenance facility, Premier will also sell and service other leading brands\nof piston and turboprop aircraft from the location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are actively focusing our efforts on expanding and\nimproving our service center and support network across the United States,\u201d\nsaid Scott McFadzean, CEO of Diamond Aircraft Industries Inc. \u201cPremier\u2019s new\nlocation in Texas is ideally located to support Diamond Aircraft\u2019s growing customer\nbase in the Southern United States and is key addition to our service network\nas we continue to improve service and support for Diamond Aircraft across the\ncountry.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Premier is familiar with the North Texas aviation business\nas the company operated a sales location for many years in the 2000s at Addison\nAirport in Dallas. Premier\u2019s new facility has 7,500 square feet of hangar space\nand 3,500 square feet of office and support space. The company is located at\n3804 Falcon Way West Hangar 18S, Fort Worth, Texas, 76106 with a main telephone\nnumber of 817-945-9191.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDiamond and other general aviation customers in this region\nwill benefit in that they\u2019ll now have one of the best customer service\ncompanies located closer to them for all their aircraft support needs,\u201d said\nPremier\u2019s Founder and CEO Fred Ahles. \u201cWe\u2019ve had a long and successful relationship\nwith Diamond Aircraft since Premier was founded in 2003. Our Fort Lauderdale location\nhas been maintaining and upgrading Diamond and other aircraft since 2004, so\nthe team in Texas will have considerable knowledge and expertise within the\ncompany they can leverage as they expand their customer base.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the coming months, Premier is adding sales and\nmaintenance staff at the location to support the expansion. The Texas service\noperation is led by Director of Maintenance David Seastead, one of the\ncountry\u2019s most experienced Diamond Aircraft technicians.
