He is a seasoned veteran in aviation services with over 30 years of multidisciplinary project design and management experience with complex aviation projects, serving commercial, municipal, regional and general aviation airports.<\/p>\n<p>From the firm\u2019s Capital District office in Albany, Clark will support Passero Associates and its professional staff in providing the Northeast region with aviation, engineering, and architectural services from a local office, with firmwide resources. Clark is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and Pennsylvania, and holds a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.<br \/>\n<!--break--><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/\\wp-content\\uploads\/Tim Harris_2014 PR.jpg\" align=\"right\" width=\"100\" height=\"125\" alt=\"Tim Harris_2014 PR.jpg\" \/> Harris (shown at right) joins Passero as Project Engineer in the Civil Engineering Department. He has more than seven  years of experience in engineering design, CAD design, and drainage design on municipal, commercial, and institutional projects. Harris holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control.  Harris is also a New York State Firefighter, certified by the Suffolk County Fire Academy. Prior to joining Passero Associates, Mr. Harris was a Project Engineer at DDS Engineers in Henrietta, New York. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/\\wp-content\\uploads\/Matt Newcomb 2014 PR.jpg\" align=\"right\" width=\"100\" height=\"127\" alt=\"Matt Newcomb 2014 PR.jpg\" \/> Passero also welcomes Newcomb as Project Engineer in the Civil Engineering Department. Newcomb (shown at right) has more than five years of experience on residential, commercial, architectural and educational projects. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and an Associates in Architecture from the State University of New York at Alfred. Prior to joining Passero Associates, Mr. Newcomb was a Project Engineer at Marathon Engineering in Rochester, New York. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/\\wp-content\\uploads\/Tim Geier_2014 PR.jpg\" align=\"left\" width=\"100\" height=\"121\" alt=\"Tim Geier_2014 PR.jpg\" \/> Tim Geier joins Passero as an intern architect.
