The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association is joining with\nBoeing to produce a new educational webinar series offered to AOPA members.\nBoeing\u2019s Jeppesen and ForeFlight teams will provide free monthly content in the\nwebinar series, running from April through September, on important topics such\nas improving pilot proficiency, increasing awareness and fine-tuning\nnavigational skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAOPA is excited to partner with Boeing to provide exclusive\neducational content to AOPA members,\u201d said Jiri Marousek, AOPA senior vice\npresident of marketing. \u201cDuring this complicated time, many of us don\u2019t get to\nfly as much, or at all, so it\u2019s even more important that pilots of all levels\ncontinue to keep their skills sharp and learn as much as possible in other\nways, such as taking in some great online training. It doesn\u2019t get better than\nhaving an opportunity to provide additional knowledge to our members from the\nexperts at Boeing.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both Jeppesen and ForeFlight have extensive experience\nproviding webinars, backed by a team of aviation professionals and\nsubject-matter experts to answer questions, provide assistance, and elevate\npilot knowledge of navigational tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ForeFlight will present the first episode in the webinar\nseries on April 21, highlighting Cross Country Flight Planning. In this\nwebinar, viewers will learn how to plan a cross country flight using ForeFlight\n\u2013 while applying tools that make planning easier and help prepare for inflight\nemergencies. The webinar will also instruct pilots on how to download important\ndata, plan a route, generate a Navlog and briefing, and more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
