Stoppek has been named as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President. He has had a successful career in transformative\nroles driving results, initiating and driving change, innovating during\ntechnology shifts, and strengthening commercial and operational performance.\nRob\u2019s strong business acumen, international experience, integrity, and passion\nfor general aviation will provide him with the knowledge and understanding to\ndrive Continental to be the leader in general aviation.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In October of 2019, Continental\u00ae appointed Michael Skolnik\nas the Interim CEO in addition to his duties as Chief Operating Officer (COO).\nAs the company transitions the leadership roles to Stoppek, Skolnik and other\nsenior leadership are eager to work together to shape the future of\nContinental\u00ae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI am honored and energized by the opportunity to lead\nContinental Aerospace Technologies and help build upon its strong 115-year\nhistory of delivering excellence,\u201d said Stoppek. \u201cI look forward to working\nclosely with the leadership and team members to provide quality products and\nservices to our customers.
