It is part of our global commitment to\nposition support as close as possible to the customer,\u201d said Jean Kayanakis,\nSenior Vice President of Worldwide Falcon Customer Service &amp; Service Center\nNetwork. \u201cWe want to ensure that Falcon operators attending such events have\naccess to the fastest, most comprehensive and highest quality onsite support\navailable.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To serve Falcon crews attending the Davos event, Dassault\nAviation has reinforced its support teams at Zurich International Airport and\nSt. Gallen\u2013Altenrhein Airport, making available resources from its newly\nacquired service centers in Switzerland (TAG Maintenance Services and the\nbusiness aviation operations of RUAG) and from elsewhere in the Falcon Support organization.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dassault Aviation will be ready to support its customers\nwith technical team assistance, offsite GoTeam dispatch and the Falcon Response\nportfolio of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) services. Falcon Response is the only AOG\nservice equipped with dedicated aircraft, two Falcon 900Bs, which help speed\ntransport of spare parts, tools and technicians to remote sites and provide\nalternative lift, when needed, to get passengers to their final destination. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, Falcon operators will have immediate access to\nroutine troubleshooting services provided by the 24\/7 global Falcon Command\nCenter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dassault Aviation\u2019s global product support organization will once again position an elite team of service specialists, equipment and rapid response aircraft at airports near Davos the week of January 20th.
