Wema\u00c3\u00abre previously served\nas Deputy Manager to Serge Elias, the former VP Worldwide Spares, who is\nretiring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPerfecting spares distribution is a central element in our\nquest to ensure a uniform standard of excellence in worldwide customer support,\nand was critical in our recent recognition by Aviation International News and\nProfessional Pilot as the industry\u2019s top service provider,\u201d said Jean Kayanakis,\nSenior Vice President, Worldwide Falcon Customer Service &amp; Service Center Network.\n\u201cI am confident that Charles\u2019 dynamic approach, attention to detail and\nproficiency in dealing with challenging tasks will enable us to continue to\nimprove and remain number one in this essential activity.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following an extensive career in the automotive industry,\nWema\u00c3\u00abre joined Dassault Aviation in 2011 as a Sales Director responsible for\nspare parts in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. In this capacity, he\nwas instrumental in moves to regroup all Falcon spares resources in a new\nfacility in Bordeaux-M\u00e9rignac, and to build a vast state-of-the-art\ndistribution center in Tremblay, near Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, to\nenhance spare parts delivery and efficiency throughout the Dassault Aviation\nworldwide network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Falcon Spares group represents a vibrant network of 250\ndedicated professional experts around the globe. It includes 16 facilities with\nan inventory of more than $900 million (US) in parts. Wema\u00c3\u00abre holds an\nengineering degree from the Institut Polytechnique de Grenoble.
