Bewley joined the TAA in 2012 and had been Vice President of\nOperations and Chief Operating Officer the past five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI am honored by the trust that our board has put in me,\u201d\nBewley said. \u201cI also feel privileged to be a part of this tremendous team of\nprofessionals who run our two airports, Tucson International Airport and Ryan\nAirfield. Airports are always evolving, and I am excited about the many\nprojects we have on the horizon to enhance safety security and customer\nservice. In addition, I look forward to\nworking closely with civic and community partners for the benefit of the region.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With 30 years of experience in all facets of commercial\nairport management, before coming to Tucson Bewley held management positions\nwith the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority, the Jacksonville Aviation Authority and\nthe Port of San Diego\/San Diego County Regional Airport Authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She is an accredited airport executive (A.A.E.) through the\nAmerican Association of Airport Executives. Bewley also serves on several other\ncommittees and is a former AAAE Board member.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
