The 68th annual Experimental Aircraft Association\nfly-in convention will be July 20-26 at Wittman Regional Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Boeing Company is financially supporting this effort for\nthe next two years to encourage more aviation-minded families and their\nchildren to attend the event that brings more than 10,000 aircraft from around\nthe world to Oshkosh each year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_4736edit.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14437\" width=\"309\" height=\"203\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_4736edit.jpg 600w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_4736edit-300x198.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 309px) 100vw, 309px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEAA\u2019s mission is growing participation in aviation and in\n2019, after EAA reduced admission costs for students, we saw an increased\nnumber of families coming to AirVenture,\u201d said Jack J. Pelton, EAA\u2019s\nCEO\/chairman of the board. \u201cInspiring young people and giving them a first look\nat what\u2019s possible in aviation is only achievable if they can get in the gate.\nThis effort will build on the more than 60 years where AirVenture has earned a\nreputation as a wonderful family event. We\u2019re incredibly appreciative of\nBoeing\u2019s support and like EAA, Boeing is committed to inspiring the next\ngeneration of aeronautical innovators. Because of Boeing\u2019s belief in our\nmission, we can invite youth from around the world to experience AirVenture at\nno cost.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The free youth admission is available throughout AirVenture\nweek.
