The mark was set\nwith a DA62 sale \u2013 the second such DA62 Premier has sold in the past 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/DA62-1800-Sale-Aircraftedit.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14169\" width=\"306\" height=\"203\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DA62-1800-Sale-Aircraftedit.jpg 700w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DA62-1800-Sale-Aircraftedit-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 306px) 100vw, 306px\" \/><figcaption><em>DA-62<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve sold more Diamonds than any North American dealer, so\nit\u2019s appropriate that we set this record with a DA62, the flagship aircraft for\nDiamond,\u201d said Fred Ahles, President of Premier Aircraft Sales. \u201cWe\u2019ve had a\nreally strong year and on track to finish the year in great shape. We have one\nnew 2020 model DA62 still in inventory \u2013 the last one available for delivery\nthis year \u2013 so the \u2018runway\u2019 for continued sales looks bright.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2003, Premier has sold 593 new and used Diamond\naircraft. Other major brands include 290 new and used Mooneys and 167 new and\nused Piper M class aircraft. DA62 aircraft sell for $1.4 million depending on\noptions and discounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last month, from its headquarters in Wiener Neutstadt,\nAustria, Diamond also made the first flight of its new DA50 aircraft, equipped\nwith the Continental CD300 engine. The DA50 is a carbon fiber five-seat,\nlow-wing retractable gear aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe expect demand will be high for the DA50 next year,\u201d said\nJeff Owen, Vice President of Sales for Premier. \u201cThe aircraft has a large and\nluxurious cabin with excellent payload capabilities.
