Flight training scholarships from the EAA Aviation\nFoundation are now accepting applications through November 1, 2019.\nApplications are open to all ages, for any flight school in the U.S., and any\nrating or pilot certificate. Applicants need not be an EAA member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
More information on the scholarship opportunities and\napplication guidelines are available at EAA.org\/scholarships. These are among\nthe numerous scholarships offered through the EAA Aviation Foundation, as well\nas other programs such as post-secondary education scholarships and the Ray\nAviation Scholarships that support flight training candidates through EAA\nchapters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAviation-minded individuals and organizations see flight\ntraining scholarships as a way to give back to the world of flight by\nsupporting those who are pursuing their dreams,\u201d said Ken Strmiska, the EAA\nAviation Foundation\u2019s vice president for philanthropy and donor stewardship.\n\u201cAs we see a growing number of success stories associated with these\nscholarships, we invite others to join us in building the next generation of\naviators.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Scholarships are required to be used within one year of the\naward date. The minimum award is $5,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
