Joseph Allan has\nconsiderable experience in curriculum development as well as the development\nand management of examinations measuring knowledge-based competencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dunn has 20 years of experience in business aviation.\nSpecializing in aircraft transactions including sales, acquisitions and\nleasing, he also has a strong discipline in transaction structure, finance,\nleasing and management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dunn leads Mente&#8217;s Transactions Group and is based in the\nGreater New York Metro Area. He is a member of IADA and contributes to aircraft\nand avionics manufacturers panels and evaluation boards. He has been\nresponsible for over $2 billion in aircraft sales, acquisitions, and leases\nduring his career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dunn is a United States Air Force combat veteran, focusing\non technical course work and theories, with certificates in aviation safety and\nmaintenance.
