Lisa Belt, who has Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR)\naccreditation, will oversee their executive recruiting efforts and other human\nresources support services. Previously, Belt served as the head of HR for the\nGerald R. Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids, MI, where she oversaw all\nmatters pertaining to the transfer of employees from Kent County to a new\nAirport Authority. She also serves as a member of the Airports Council\nInternational – North America (ACI-NA) committee on human resources. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Belt\u2019s professional career comprises over 25 years of\nstrategic Human Resource management, executive & senior leadership\nrecruitment, organizational development, labor & employee relations,\ncontract negotiations, and succession planning. At Steven Baldwin Associates,\nBelt will be responsible for senior & executive level recruitment and human\nresource consulting. In her new position, she will assist clients in\nimplementing strategies that drive efficiencies as well as align organizational\nstructures to meet objectives, especially regarding leadership and management\nrecruitment and retention. Chris Mullin brings extensive aviation management,\noperational expertise, and executive leadership experience from more than three\ndecades in the industry. After a varied and successful career as an officer and\naviator in the United States Marine Corps\u2014where he served as an Executive\nOfficer, Commanding Officer, and Chief of Staff in a variety of operations in\nJapan, Kuwait and Iraq\u2014Mullin taught strategic leadership courses at the U.S.\nNaval War College in Newport, RI before\nmoving on to become the Director of Willow Run Airport outside of Detroit. As\nthe executive at Willow, he was responsible for the safe, efficient, and\nreliable operation of the third busiest airport, in terms of operational\nvolume, in the state of Michigan. His duties encompassed all aspects of airport\nadministration, operations, and maintenance, both air and landside, for this\nnational reliever airport supporting Detroit Metro Airport. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spencer Gillette has been with the firm since 2015 when he\nwas hired after serving as an intern and graduating from Western Michigan\nUniversity with a degree in aviation management. Prior to his appointment,\nSpencer had five years of experience in aviation line operations and customer\nservice. In his time at the firm, Spencer has worked on a wide range of client\naccounts and projects including governance transfers, FAA land releases,\norganizational assessments, comparable benchmarking analyses, and strategic\ninitiatives, among others. Spencer is currently based on-site at a Michigan\nclient focusing on strategic initiatives and a governance model review.
