Joining the Advisory Board\nfor the first time are Randy Kanegy (Air Line Pilots Association,\nInternational), Sean Cassidy (Amazon Prime), Richard Stansbury (Embry Riddle\nUniversity),Jens Hennig (General Aviation Manufacturers Association), Stacy\nCordell (University of Kansas), Tom Ferrell (Joby Aviation) and Eric Allison\n(Uber Elevate).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&#8220;This is an\nexciting time in RTCA&#8217;s long history as we continue to shape our future in an\never-changing aviation landscape,&#8221; said Terry McVenes, President and CEO\nof RTCA. &#8220;These new members will bring additional insights and\nperspectives that will further align with the needs of our stakeholders and the\noverall aviation industry&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;The addition of these\nnew members expands the RTCA Advisory Board to 24 members representing\nindustry, government, associations, and academia, including new and emerging\nentrants and technology involved in aviation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At its annual meeting of its members on June 27, 2019, seven new members were elected to RTCA&#8217;s Advisory Board.
