Tory Richardson, A.A.E., Executive Vice President and Chief\nOperating Officer at the Columbus Regional Airport Authority, took office this\nweek as Chair of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) for\n2019-20. Founded in 1928, AAAE is the world\u2019s largest professional organization\nrepresenting the women and men who work at public-use commercial and general\naviation airports. Other key appointments to the Association\u2019s Executive\nCommittee, Board of Directors and Policy Review Committee were also finalized\nduring the 91st Annual AAAE Conference & Exposition in Boston, which was\nheld June 16-19 and hosted by Boston Logan International Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Richardson was one of six Executive Committee members\nelected by the AAAE membership during the 91st Annual Conference. He succeeds\nJeanne Olivier, A.A.E., ACE, Assistant Director, Aviation Security and\nTechnology at the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, who becomes\nFirst Past Chair. Second Past Chair is Scott Brockman, A.A.E., President and\nCEO of Memphis International Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
