The agreement includes an option for AeroCare to construct additional\nfacilities allowing for expansion of their existing operations within five (5)\nyears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AeroCare, a Guardian Flight operation, has been providing\nsafe and responsive air medical transportation since 2003. The company is\nstrategically located to respond to the needs of Southwestern Arizona and the\nFour Corners Area. AeroCare executes thousands of calls per year with the most\nhighly trained professionals, and understands better than any other air medical\nprovider in the area how to successfully operate a program in such an amazing\nregion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yuma International Airport Director, Gladys Brown shared\n\u201cOur team is truly excited about this announcement and the timing of this\nagreement could not have been more perfect for both parties. Our entire team\nhas worked hard to create the environment for aviation and aerospace industries\nto prosper, and AeroCare is another example of that success.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We are incredibly pleased to expand our operations at\nthe Yuma International Airport,\u201d said AeroCare Program Director Dave Simkins.\n\u201cThe hangar investment is an ongoing commitment to our staff, our medical\npartners and the community and will continue, even during extreme weather, to\nallow us to provide quicker access to definitive health care for all of those\nwho live in the Yuma region.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAeroCare has proven to be a strong community partner by\nproviding essential air medical transportation services throughout Yuma County\nand the desert southwest,\u201d said Gladys Brown. \u201cWe are proud of their\ninvolvement within the community to help stimulate interest in their profession\nand their plans for future expansion at the airport.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AeroCare is a participating provider in the AirMedCare\nNetwork, the nation&#8217;s largest air medical transport membership program. When\ntransported by AeroCare, AMCN members incur no out of pocket expenses for a\nmedically necessary flight. Membership is $85 a year for an entire household or\n$65 a year for seniors.
