Air Medical Group Holdings (AMGH), an air medical transport\ncompany, has signed a purchase agreement to acquire Seven Bar Aviation, LLC, a\nprivately-held air medical operator offering fixed and rotor wing services to a\nbroad array of leading healthcare organizations throughout the nation. SevenBar\nAviation will closely align with Med-Trans Corporation and the transaction is\nexpected to close soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SevenBar Aviation has grown its geographic footprint\nsignificantly over the last seven decades and has a fleet of nine jet and\nturboprop airplanes, in addition to six helicopters. The company is\nheadquartered in Dallas, Texas, with nearly 100 employees and currently has\nbases in New Mexico, Texas, Maine, Massachusetts, Virginia, and North Carolina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
