In his expanded role, he will be the company&#8217;s\nbusiness leader with a focus on long-term strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;JJ earned this promotion by combining strong personal\ntalents and values with hard work, great judgement, and a deep commitment to\nour department teams,&#8221; said Hartzell President Joe Brown. &#8220;He is a\ntrusted figure in our industry, a capable leader of the company, and committed\nto continuous improvement,&#8221; Brown added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frigge began at Hartzell in 2011 as the company&#8217;s\ncontroller. Since then he has assumed more responsibilities in leading the\ncompany. In his new role, the company&#8217;s senior leadership team will report to\nFrigge and he will continue to report to Brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2013, he took responsibility for the day-to-day business\nteam at Hartzell Propeller in addition to marketing and brand building efforts.\nPreviously he spent 10 years as finance manager at Proctor &amp; Gamble. He is\na 2001 cum laude graduate of Notre Dame with a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business\nAdministration, Finance and Economics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hartzell Propeller is the global leader in advanced\ntechnology aircraft propeller design and manufacturing for business, commercial\nand government customers.
