In her five years with the company, Brack has moved from\nWellness Coordinator to the Benefits &amp; Wellness Team Lead to Avionics\nInstall Sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personally and professionally, Brack believes you have to\nset goals so high they demand an entirely different version of yourself to\nattain them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMy previous experiences in building relationships, leading\nteams, and working to help team members here at Duncan Aviation articulate\ntheir needs and meet their goals has prepared me well for this new endeavor,\u201d\nsays Brack. \u201cI\u2019m looking forward to learning a new set of skills and applying\nwhat I already know to bring value to our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to coming to Duncan Aviation in 2014, Brack was a\nterritory account manager for a payment processing company. She started as a\nServicing Relationship Manager, where she was responsible for the service and\naccount management needs of existing customers, while also acquiring new\nbusiness opportunities. At the end of her six-year tenure, she had worked her\nway into the role of Territory Account Manager where she led a team of account\nmanagers for a six-state region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re excited to have Marika join the sales team, and we\nlook forward to utilizing her skills and past sales experiences as she serves\nDuncan Aviation\u2019s Avionics customers,\u201d says Lincoln\u2019s Manager of Completions\nand Modifications Service Sales Nate Klenke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brack and her husband Craig have been married for nine years\nand have three children: Gianna (7), Bastian (5) and Nadia (2). As a family,\nthey enjoy staying active outdoors. Not one to shy away from a challenge, Brack\nran the Boston Marathon last year during one of the coldest, rainiest runs in\nthe history of the race, and she is currently training for the Fargo, North\nDakota, marathon in May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDuncan Aviation treats its customers and its team members\nextremely well. I\u2019m fortunate to work for a company that is willing to invest\nin my growth and professional development,\u201d says Brack. \u201cI\u2019ve been willing to\nput myself out there to learn and develop new skills, and my mentors and\nmanagers have been 100% supportive.
