Fin has more than 20 years of domestic and international\nairport planning and project management experience. He has served as chair,\npanelist, and speaker for multiple aviation organizations, such as TRB-ACRP,\nAAAE, ACC, FAC, and ACI. He serves as a board member of the Tony Jannus\nDistinguished Aviation Society and is the current Chair of the Airport\nConsultants Council Terminal and Facilities Committee. He is also an adjunct\nprofessor of aeronautics at the Florida Institute of Technology and a licensed\ncommercial instrument pilot. He has guest lectured at Universities in Brazil\nand Chile and is a Certified Instructor for Simtra PathPlanner\/AviPlan aircraft\nmodeling and simulation software.
