In a move to support the continued growth experienced by the\ncompany\u2019s engine Rapid Response Teams (RRT), Duncan Aviation has named Shane\nHeier as the RRT Assistant Manager-West Coast, focusing on AOG and scheduled\nengine calls for the Western regions of the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heier joins Andrew Arcuri, RRT Assistant Manager-East Coast,\nto provide customer continuity and support to the United States and beyond for\nall in-the-field engine services. Together, Heier and Arcuri will continue to\nexpand Duncan Aviation\u2019s mobile engine service presence to meet the needs of\noperators anywhere in the world.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the 19 years that Heier has been with Duncan Aviation, he\nhas continually taken on positions of greater responsibility, most recently RRT\nTeam Leader in Seattle, Wash. \u201cShane has the technical knowledge, hands-on\npractical experience, and customer service track record necessary to bring our\nengine services on the West Coast to the next level,\u201d says James Prater,\nManager of Duncan Aviation Engine Services. Prater adds that Heier is able to\ntalk-the-talk with customers on issues that concern them, while providing\nexcellent customer service and follow-through. \u201cHe understands that Duncan\nAviation RRT is more than just an engine shop supporting customers in one\nregion. We are here to support any customer with all of their needs, wherever\nthat happens to be.\u201d   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heier has already been traveling with Duncan Aviation\u2019s\nRegional Managers along the West Coast, discussing how the RRT is able to fully\nsupport the engine platforms that customers operate every day. His message is\nto not only raise awareness of available engine services, but to raise\ncustomers\u2019 expectations about the level of service they can expect to receive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMy message to operators is that no matter where they are or\nwhen the need arises, we will answer the call and deliver the highest level of\nprofessional support and experience,\u201d Heier says. \u201cThe service is the same as\nthey would receive through any of Duncan Aviation\u2019s service facilities.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Growth Opportunities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting with on-the-road AOG engine services near the end\nof 2000, Duncan Aviation\u2019s engine Rapid Response network now has more than 35\nengine team members located at 17 launch sites. It is the largest independent\nmobile engine services network in existence. The team has experienced rapid\ngrowth over the last three years and shows no signs of slowing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
