(OSI) has announced a lower cost\nsolution for those airports and heliports priced out of the AWOS\nmarketplace.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The OSI AWOS AV has all of the FAA certified sensors to meet\nthe requirements for IFR and GPS approaches while remaining under $100,000\nUSD!&nbsp;&nbsp; The AWOS AV includes Wind Speed \/\nDirection, Wind Gusts, Temperature and Relative Humidity, Dual Digital\nPressures sensor for certified altimeter reading, Density Altitude, and FAA\nVisibility measurements.&nbsp; The OSI AWOS\nalso includes graphic computer display, and VHF radio transmitter.&nbsp; Optional items include internet connectivity\nas well as present weather (precipitation) &amp; cloud height sensor\n(ceilometer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OSI has more than 110 AWOS installed in the United States\nwith more overseas.&nbsp; \u201cWith competitive\nproduct now running $200,000 USD or more, this according to Donn Williams, Vice\nPresident of OSI, a buyer should take a hard look at the OSI alternative\nsolution.\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OSi\u2019s AWOS systems represent top level design and\nperformance at unbeatable value.
