In\naddition to routine troubleshooting services provided by the 24\/7 global Falcon\nCommand Center, offerings include Technical Team assistance, offsite GoTeam\ndispatch and the Falcon Response portfolio of Aircraft on Ground Services\n(AOG). Falcon Response is the only AOG service equipped with dedicated aircraft\nspecially designed to speed spare parts, tools and technicians to remote sites\nand provide alternative lift when needed to get passengers to their destination\non time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year\u2019s list of special event support activities kicks\noff January 22-25 at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, which\nbrings together CEOs, Heads of State and other leading political, business and\ncultural personalities from around the world. To serve Falcon crews attending\nthe Davos event, Dassault has reinforced its support teams at Zurich International\nAirport and St. Gallen\u2013Altenrhein Airport, making available additional\nresources from Falcon Authorized Service Centers in the area and elsewhere in\nthe Falcon Support organization, including Dassault\u2019s global network of Falcon\nspares warehouses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDavos generates an exceptionally large influx of business\naircraft into the Zurich region,\u201d said Jean Kayanakis, Senior VP of Worldwide\nFalcon Customer Service &amp; Service Center Network. \u201cWe want to ensure that\nFalcon operators attending such global events have access to the fastest, most\ncomprehensive and highest quality onsite support available.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last year, Dassault\u2019s special event support included Davos,\nthe quadrennial FIFA Soccer World Cup in Russia and the Winter Olympic Games in\nPyeongChang, South Korea.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dassault Aviation\u2019s global product support organization will once again offer a full selection of services to assist Falcon operators at major business, cultural and sporting events worldwide in 2019.
