Duncan Aviation has announced that Ted Roethlisberger has\naccepted the position of Assistant Manager of Customer Service at its Battle\nCreek, Michigan, facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThrough his recent work as a Project Manager, Ted has shown\nthat he has the skills and temperament necessary to help our team continue to\ngrow and improve,\u201d says Manager of Customer Service Luke Swager. \u201cTed has been\nwilling to take the time necessary to build relationships and educate fellow\nteam members. Combined with his successes in previous roles at Duncan Aviation,\nwe know this will be a great role for Ted, our business, and our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Roethlisberger joined Duncan Aviation in 2008 as the Manager\nof Business Process and Continuous Improvement. Last year, he transitioned to\nthe role of Project Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He and his wife Jennifer have been married for 15 years, and\nthey have three children: Anna (13), JT (10) and Samantha (4).
