{"id":11678,"date":"2019-01-21T21:44:21","date_gmt":"2019-01-21T21:44:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/?p=11678"},"modified":"2019-01-21T21:44:22","modified_gmt":"2019-01-21T21:44:22","slug":"delair-announces-interoperability-of-high-precision-ppk-drone-data","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/index.php\/unmanned-systems\/delair-announces-interoperability-of-high-precision-ppk-drone-data\/%20","title":{"rendered":"Delair Announces Interoperability of High-Precision PPK Drone Data"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Delair, has announced the interoperability of high-precision\ndata acquired from the Delair UX11 drone with version 5.0 of the Trimble\nBusiness Center software.&nbsp; The\nintegration enables geospatial professionals to simply drag and drop Delair UX11\nPPK data directly into Trimble Business Center projects.&nbsp; Users can combine the high-quality flight\ndata with other sensor data to rapidly create vivid orthomosaics and highly\naccurate surface models. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The collaboration builds on a long-standing relationship\nbetween the two companies that includes Delair\u2019s acquisition of the Gatewing\nUAS business from Trimble in 2016. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enhancing the interoperability with the Delair UX11\nsimplifies the process for geospatial professionals to incorporate UAS data\ninto their existing Trimble Business Center workflows.&nbsp; Data is seamlessly combined into a single\nsoftware platform, providing a consistent and comprehensive set of capabilities\nto generate end client deliverables for land surveying, mining, construction and\nGIS applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe have a long and proven track record of working with\nTrimble and its comprehensive solutions for geospatial professionals. The\nintegration of data from the Delair UX11, which has its roots within Trimble\nand the Trimble Business Center workflow, is a natural extension of our\nrelationship, delivering the most complete and efficient UAS solution for\nmapping and survey customers,\u201d said Chase Fly, Geospatial Product Manager at\nDelair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since Delair\u2019s acquisition of Gatewing, Delair has been a\nTrimble preferred provider of fixed-wing UAS solutions for geospatial, with\nmore than 70 mutual distributors worldwide who continue to provide and support\na complete end-to-end workflow for improved efficiency and productivity.&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Trimble Business Center v5.0 JXL file format interoperability\nstreamlines the processing of high-precision drone data. The enhanced JXL file\nsupports high-precision horizontal and vertical locations plus accuracy\nestimates for the PPK positions as well as the precise lever-arm offset\n(measurements of the distance between the GNSS antenna and camera on the\ndrone).
