Ms. Keegan brings 25 years of industry-leading pavement management and engineering services to Kimley Horn&#8217;s newest location in the Greater Boston area and will play a key role in further expanding and diversifying Kimley-Horn\u2019s already significant aviation, roadway, and commercial pavement engineering services to clients. Her practice is national in scope encompassing aviation, federal government, freight rail, state DOTs, municipal, and private clients.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to have Kathy join the Kimley-Horn team, not only for her robust pavement consulting background but also for her impressive leadership skills,\u201d said Erica Carter, P.E., senior vice president at Kimley-Horn. \u201cOur national pavement management practice has a strong history of serving a wide variety of clients exceptionally well, and Kathy\u2019s work ethic and history further strengthens this team.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Throughout her career, Ms. Keegan has worked for a municipality responsible for more than 2,000 miles of pavement; and as a consultant who has managed pavement management, evaluation, and design projects at airports and facilities.
