The Texas-based company offers fixed base operations at more than 40 locations in the US and Canada as well as a number in Europe. They are also participants in the FAA Safety &amp; Management Systems Pilot Project.<\/p>\n<div>Prior to Q-Pulse, Landmark managed their safety and quality processes using a number of different paper-based and off-the-shelf IT solutions. However, with increasing regulatory demands and impending SMS obligations, Landmark recognized the need for a more flexible safety management solution.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Launched throughout the company in June 2012, Q-Pulse was selected to dramatically improve how system safety and quality was managed and to enable a more robust measurement and analysis of safety performance indicators.<\/div>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Eric Lugger, Landmark&rsquo;s Director of Safety said they are developing a strong safety culture throughout our operation but managing safety data is increasingly challenging.
