The International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA) has contracted with Diane Levine-Wilson to ensure that aircraft search data provided exclusively by the accredited dealers on the organization’s AircraftExchange.com aircraft search website is accurate and up-to-date for buyers and sellers of business aircraft.

“Simply put, Diane Levine-Wilson, a well-known and respected researcher in the aviation industry, is protecting and safeguarding the integrity of the aircraft data presented on IADA’s search portal,” said IADA Executive Director Wayne Starling. “She will make certain that aircraft exclusively listed by our accredited sellers are actually for sale and that the information about them that we post is robust.”

Levine-Wilson keeps in close contact with IADA members to validate the aircraft specs listed on AircraftExchange.com are accurate and updated. IADA is working to ensure that buyers don’t waste time and money chasing phantom aircraft that only exist in the minds of unprincipled sales people. Her background lends itself to the pursuit of validated and accurate information about business jets.

“IADA is an excellent organization, and I see it growing in wonderful directions,” Levine-Wilson said, “This exchange is reaching the end user community as the best site that they can go to that is trustworthy and controlled with hybrid research capability. By verifying listings, making sure they’re credible, and that the dealers posting are trustworthy and only post those airplanes that they have an exclusive contract to sell, makes it valuable.”

In 1982 Levine-Wilson become Founder and President of AMSTAT, which performs business aircraft market research and presents detailed information on the worldwide fleet of corporate, business and private jets, turbo-props and turbine helicopters. She sold the company in 2006 and remained affiliated with it until 2009.

She then was hired by JETNET as Director New Business and Product Sales, where she created its marine division, applying the same concept to luxury yachts, until 2018. She formed her own consulting company, Shiane Group, offering research on demand after leaving JETNET. Levine-Wilson has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from City University of New York-Brooklyn College.

While only three percent of all aircraft dealers merit IADA accreditation, they handle more than 50 percent of the used business jet transactions. IADA represents a variety of product and aviation services that also operate with the highest professional standards in the industry.

IADA is a professional trade association formed more than 25 years ago. Promoting the growth and public understanding of the aircraft resale industry, IADA now offers the world’s only accreditation program for dealers and the only certification program for individual brokers. The process delivers high standards of business conduct and transparency regarding aircraft transactions, leading to a more efficient and reliable marketplace.
